6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanDiagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, even if CleanDiagnostics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CleanDiagnostics's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CleanDiagnostics in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Turkish Lira, whichever is greater.
